Cancellation / Refund Policy

All policies below applicable for RP’s Online order app only.

  • No cancellation allowed once order has been placed.
  • The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling the restaurant.
  • If your amount has been deducted from any of your payment medium via online payment, your money is safe as per Consumer Safeguarding Guidelines.
  • Sometimes payment status reflect after some time and we are always answerable for all the transaction done on our application
  • Once online payment will be confirmed and reflect on our account we will process the order automatically
  • If payment will not reflect within 15 minutes on our account we will reject the order and initiate the refund automatically
  • It will take 3 to 6 working days to reflect refund amount in your bank account.
